For me, it's always been about storytelling.

I first fell in love with telling stories when I joined a community theater in Houston, Texas. I was six and the play was a collection of Aesop's Fables. It was the first time I ever wore makeup, the first time I stood on a stage and the first time I memorized just about anything. It wasn't until another actor forgot his lines that I realized it would also be the first time I learned the beauty of improvisation and comedic timing.

Reading an audience, fostering a connection and taking creative risks: all essential tools in telling a great and effective story. Shortly after that opening night I discovered the intangible but very important relationship that can exist when the art of communication and entertainment intersect. So important that I would dedicate my life to it. 

 

Since then, the love affair became a lifetime commitment—filled with reporting for lifestyle and community news, creating content for unique audiences, and optimizing the voice and tone of brands across a variety of industries such as retail, food and bev, auto, luxury fitness, beauty, health and wellness, and publishing in order to achieve their marketing and advertising goals.

 

This site is a bit of my personal story. I hope to one day tell yours.
